Very unhappy client

I've been try to get tax certificate for my medical aid from Discovery app. The app has been saying the system is down. This has been happening for about a month now, I also tried the whatsapp charts. This is so annoying and inconveniencing. I need to submit my tax returns. This tax certificate is part of my supporting documents.
