very unhappy

hi discover after many months of emails and calls im sad to say ive had to pay the doctor's bill you said I was not liable for today. I was admitted to hospital some time ago for my apendics I was not in a state to check each and every doctor that I was being looked at. the emergency doctor, Dr Visser and christiaan barneard hospital sent through a claim under PMB and you only paid me 1450.60 . So I now had pay from my pocket R2147 which I feel should have been paid by you . the Dr's office claims they have not had a clinical report request as you told me you would do in phone calls to me. Id like my money paid back by discover as this is no fault of my own!!!! or we can take this to court as I will be taking legal action.
