VERY UNHAPPY

n Sept 2014 we changed our Discovery medical aid to private capacity as my wife was retrenched. When we changed over we ere told that because we are going to have the medical aid in private capacity we will have to pay the premium in advance. The company she was with paid the medical aid in arrears. We understood that if we start the medical aid on the 1st Sept it will be in advance and we have given enough notice of the change.<br> <br> Unfortunately we had to change medical aids because of the ridiculous premium increase. We have cancelled our medical aid before 15th Dec as requested. We have received confirmation that the medical aid has been cancelled. End of Dec they took a premium from us and we had to reverse it and same happened end of Jan and now again end of Feb. They haven't even paid us our savings back.<br>
