Very slow medical aid application processing times

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>My father's medical aid application has been getting processed since July and is still not finalised.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have spent alot of time and money obtaining the necessary Doctor reports required as per Discovery's underwriting requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can this process take around five months?
