Very Satisfied!

We hardly ever give out compliments on good service as its human nature to complain about bad experiences but I just want to send this message out to say I have been with Discovery for the past 7 years and I honestly have no words to describe how satisfied I am with the service from you guys. I was just admited into hospital a few days ago and along side me were patients so unhappy with the service of their medical aids... waiting for authorization, declining procedures ect. And as much as i felt so bad for those people, i was so relieved that discovery has my back, its almost like our relationship is on a personal level (laughs). Many people have tried to sell me their medical aid companies but I will never change!!! I am yet to call the customer line and have a bad experience, the consultants are every so helpful and explain in detail what you need to know, i can ask them a million questions and they never get frustrated, i have always felt a smile from the other side of the line. So yes i just want to say how happy I am to be part of discovery health. Amazing job guys!!!!
