Very sad about discovery health

This medical rejected a private hospital due to information that was not shared between classic medical aid and coastal.. the employee did not give information about which hospital it covers.. well this discovery is actually lucky a life was not taken due to information that was not sent .. please train your employees properly and services are very poor try phoning discovery no answer.. I could actually sue them due to a life that nearly went if I did not have the cash !!
