VERY POOR SERVICE - N3O MEDICAL AID CARD SINCE AUGUST 2023

Since 1 November 2023 my partner was added onto my Medical Aid. I was told I must wait about 6 weeks for Medical Aid cards. Please note, I actually wanted a medical aid card for myself years ago, prior to this as the members on my medical aid changed. I never received on for myself. Six weeks past, months past and then I was informed that they did indeed sent cards, but to a total wrong address. They actually have my employment address and this is a group scheme and also, we have a broker handling all our medical aid queries. When eventually someone contacted me back, I was told it was sent to the wrong address and they will immediately have it reprinted and send to my work address. That was during December 2023. We are now in February 2024 and still we did not receive medical aid cards. My partner and myself ride motorcycle and it is so important to have cards with us, I even explained it to Discovery Medical Aid and my broker, but nothing nothing nothing happens. So yes, I will give a bad rating for pathetic service on furnishing us with medical aid cards since actually August 2023 when we started applying for my partner to go onto my medical aid.
