Very poor service discovery due to uneducated consultant

What service is this. I have called in at Nandi Dr Durban. The personal that handle our quarie should honestly be fired. We as members of this medical aid for years have being treated with disrespect. Your consultant are non professional and need to be educated and dedicated to their job. If you listen to the recording it will show you how you owners, directors and share holders loose out on millions of rands lost due to client handling especially telephonically. This is a eye opener, I will like to speak to a professional manager in this department.
