Very poor service

I’ve been a member for a very long time. I am now pregnant. My doctor recommended a NIPT to be done and Discovery approved on the 28/09/2021. I went to Lancet offices on the 29/09/2021 after I received their approval. I have received an email stating that I have to pay R5000 to lancet because Discovery does not cover such test. But I received an approval from Discovery. I am very disappointed and stressed. It is my first time pregnant and I feel like I am going to loose the baby. Discovery has let me down.
