Very poor, *********** service.

I went on retirement on 31 December 2020, hence withdrawing from Discovery Health. I received a refund confirmation, on the 22 February 2021,confirming I have a refund of R 17 .666.52 due to me. With confirmation that payment would be processed on the 8 May 2021, and payment will reflect in my bank on the 12 May 2021. The 12 May 2021, came and went ,no refund was received, not one cent. I later contacted Discovery health via email, to find out what the situation is, 4 emails later I received a reply, saying I only had a refund of R14.52 due to me and it was paid to my account. I have received not one cent from Discovery, no proof of payment no statement showing how a refund of R 17.666.52 on the 22 February 2021, can miraculously, become R 14.52 in May 2021, when I withdrew from the medical aid in December 2020, not using one cent of the medical aid since last year. I have sent several emails asking for documentation to prove what the situation of my account is with absolutely no response.I am very disappointed with the disgusting treatment I have received .
