I have had some run ins with Discovery in the past, this time I give credit where it is due. I recently wanted to put my new born under my medical aid policy and needed the details in terms of timeline I have to register him under my policy without any underwriting(waiting period). I was contacted by Dimakatso Adoro after inquiring via private chat on social media whom was very patient, kind and attentive. Having forgotten to ask a question on our telephone conversation and instead asked it via private chat on social media again she again called to ensure I understood fully and did a follow up in terms of my inquiry.
