Very friendly call centre staff
Dear Discovery,<br> <br> I would just like to compliment you on having very well trained and informed call centre staff. Today I spoke to JT in connection with some changes on our medical aid plan and he was so patient and was able to answer all my questions.<br> <br> Please pass the compliment on to him and keep up the good work.<br> <br> Regards<br> izane
