VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER - FEEL **********

Whilst reviewing my plan changes for 2020 I am contemplating whether or not having Discovery health Classic Comprehensive plan is really to anyone's benefit. I pay discovery health R 5600.00 a month and go see a neurosurgeon once a year to have a check up for a medical issue which is required. Of the R 1300.00 bill they paid R 571.00 whilst i have a few thousands of rands in my savings. On the flip side they pay R 603.00 for physio. Discovery can you please tell me how any of this makes sense. I am paying you a fortune and have been for more than 20 years!!! How do you pay more for a physio the****** than you for a neuro surgeon????? I have one month to decide if your medical aid is even worth it!
