Very dissatisfied

Discovery Health is the biggest waste of money and time.

I've had Discovery Key care + for the last 4 years.

In this 4 years I've never claimed anything. End of September my Debit order was taken and my Contributions went up with 100%.

I then contacted customer care and they just put their hand up and said it is what it is.

Being a commission based employee at my job , they stated that they take your basic salary and your commission, add them together and calculate your Contribution from there.

How ? Being on a commission based salary, you don't always get the same salary. So how on earth can they do that ?

It was always calculated from your basic salary.

As i explained this to the consultant, all they rep**** with is it's their new Policy.

I am disappointed in they way they do their business.

If you want a medical aid that gives you more benefits with Fair Contributions, then Discovery is not for you.
