Very dissapointed

A month ago someone from the new business called me, and asked me to withdraw my step daughter off the medical aid because my stepdaughters mother wanted to put her on her own medical aid, I unfortunately didnt ask that person to send me a mail requesting this, I then proceeded to take my step daughter off the medical aid, when I phoned discovery and asked them to please send me that request from that person who requested me to take my step daughter off the medical aid they said they are not able to provide me with that request, I now need to go to court and proove that I did not take my step daughter off the medical aid at my own accord but that someone from discovery requested me to do so at the request of my step daughters mother, and discovery wont assist me in this regard,
