Very Disappointing

been with them for years now with no problems what so ever until recently which plan i have been on for years now .

where they decided to slap me on the highest income band which i cant afford in anyway its almost triple the amount im paying now sad part is don't want to leave them as they are good but im getting forced now to look elsewhere to suite my pocket and not take everything i have

that does not help me as communicated to the person who called me on Friday... would have phoned me on Monday to discus the doctor network coverage as not all your packages cover the doctors in my area forcing me to use specific plans where you can charge 3 mountains of a price ... that plan comparison you send me i can get from your website as well but it still does not show me what doctors is covered no?..... is it hard to comprehend that? maybe get the cash notes out of your face and try to stand in my shoes ?
