Very Disappointing

<p>My wife recently broke her hand and had to undergo an operation. Everything went well till I go a call from a service provider to say that their claim amount to Discovery Medical Aid was greatly reduced. From R22782 to R3679 and that I was liable for the rest. When I queried it with Discovery I was told that, that I the rate that they paid. My understanding of 100% cover was that everything gets paid in hospital, not a rate that equats to 16% !!! of the anaesthetist claim. I used to be very impressed with discovery till I needed them the most.</p>
