Very disappointed with Discovery Health

I have put in a claim for a PCR test, as well as an antigen test for Covid 19. Discovery Health says that they cover both of these tests. No where does it say that they need specific details on the claim sheets. The sheets that I received are typical medical aid claimable sheets. But apparently I need more. After writing one review on hello Peter I received a call from discovery but I have not received any follow up calls. Nothing has been done about this issue! I am out R1200.00. PLEASE ASSIST!
