Very disappointed in zero human contact with Discovery.

Joined Discovery years ago as they in my eyes had amazing personal contact with there members. ?The past 2 weeks I have not had any joy in sorting my membership query out. No Human contact. So nothing gets sorted. So frustrating not being able to phone and speak to a Human being. So my problem stays unsorted. #comediscovery
