Very disappointed full of excuses

I am very disappointed with discovery medical aid they take claims off my savings and the system was in error they are just full of excuses they said to me with the email that the funds will be put back in by the risk benefits which absolutely nothing has happened and they are aware of this error no wants to help me they take their money off each month which my dad pays my medical aid each month and they can't even find a resolution how to put the funds back into my medical aid savings which your system said an error i am very upset about this R1,850 by I digital the****utics express Pty ltd its alot of money which I could have used for emergency now i have all the stress where to find money after you taken savings out my medical aid to pay drs and medication sorry discovery you have failed and I was a member for years and then you can't even repay the money into my medical aid savings
