Very Disappointed client

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Discovery Health recently, particularly regarding my wife's pregnancy and the support we expected but have not received.

I have been a loyal customer of Discovery Health for over 10 years, during which time I have never had reason to question the quality of service provided. However, the situation has dramatically changed since my wife's pregnancy. Despite numerous attempts to communicate our needs and concerns via email, including directly to Yonela Mgcotyelwa, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or any resolution after nearly two months.

The availability of a dispute email has proven to be ineffective as it has yielded no response whatsoever. Meanwhile, I find it disheartening that while Discovery Health ensures prompt deduction of monthly premiums, essential communication and support appear to be severely lacking. It is distressing to feel that our concerns are being neglected, especially during such a crucial time in our lives.

Given the circumstances, I am seriously considering terminating my association with Discovery Health. I had expected better support, particularly with regard to pregnancy-related matters, which has unfortunately not been the case.

I urge Discovery Health to review its customer service practices and prioritize effective communication and support for its members. As a long-standing customer, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues promptly.
