Very disappointed

<p>Once again having problems with this medical aid and the chronic medical facilities. Send an email on the 20th May asking for the chronic funds to be upped and to date am waiting a reply. I had problems last year with discovery and should of cancelled with them like I wanted to, but was told all will be okay. I even upped my plan and now they are taking the diabetic blood tests required by the physician off my savings. Tablet funds for certain chronic tablets are depleted. I am very unhappy and will definitely be changing my medical aids </p>
