Very disappointed

Firstly discovery didn't inform us when the premiums are increasing,it took us for ever to receive our cards, it took 3 weeks to get them 2 approve a gastroscopy for my husband, now I'm in hospital with my son his very ill about to be admitted to hospital and discovery declines it, iv been sending a proof of payment it's been a week now still no luck! They keep on sending from pillar to post. Now I'm stuck at hospital with a sick child! Ever since I joined this medical aid iv been getting problems
