Very bad service for Healthcare professional
I am a healthcare provider for Orthotics and Prosthetics. I had my banking details hand delivered to Discovery health. Since then I had an email from someone at discovery saying that they could not get hold of me on my cell phone number. (which is not possible because I have my phone on me 24/7). I have emailed and been in contact with the call centre 5 times (spending 30 minutes on the phone each time) and they indicated that people have tried to contact me, but I have had NO contact from them. I am losing out on business because i cannot put claims through. I need this sorted out ASAP!

12 Feb 2019, 19:07I have had another generic email from discovery saying that they can't contact me. But the worst thing is that if you email back / call back there is no way to contact the person that emailed you.
Besides that no one has tried to call me. This issue still is not sorted out.

I have been receiving phone calls all day on this number, but Nothing from discovery!! Something esle needs to happen. I am losing business every day because your phone line doesn't work properly. I have spent hours and hundreds of Rand on the phone to discovery. Give me a phone number I can call so I can sort this out!!!
