Very bad service

Complained countless times and Discovery just cant seem to sort out the issue! And i have a messed up credit history because of Discovery health medical aid scheme. I will not recommend this service provider to anyone they just take people for granted because they think they have the law on they self we need to help each other get rid of acts like this. In 2015 i was admitted in Life Crompton Hospital were by i went for an emergency operation. Discovery paid in full for that operation. On the 30/10/2015 i was admitted into life Entabeni Hospital where I was seen by a doctor by the name of Dr ramkissoon that was the doctor that have did the operation in Life Crompton Hospital. All that was done whilst i was in hospital the doctor put me on IVI treating me for an infection that I have picked up prior to the operation. My authorisation was approved from the day I was admitted in hospital up until the day I was discharged which was the 4/11/2015.

In 2018/12/16 i came to know that i have 3 judgement against my name and it was from life Entabeni Hospital. When i queried about it only to find out that Discovery did not pay life Entabeni Hospital I then contacted Discovery and spoke to numerous of people I have all the recordings that was made to Discovery. They say that they requested for the case manager at Entabeni Hospital to send a motivation letter from doctor ramkissoon which Discovery said that the case manager at Entabeni failed to do so that's why the authorisation got declined I then went back to life Entabeni Hospital spoken to the case manager that dealt with the case she then advise me to contact Discovery again in presence of her which I did and Discovery said all the need is a motivation letter from the doctor stating what I was admitted for and what procedures was done.

All the relevant documents was send to Discovery from Entabeni hospital and myself Jerome Chetty all they rep**** back was the authorisation went to the panel of doctors and they still declined the authorisation reason being I had a12 month waiting period I then requested for documentation to be sent to me which Iam at that time a member of Discovery was entitled for my documentation up until date I did not receive any documentation and I have all emails all to and from Discovery and myself Jerome Chetty

I do appeal to this Council to look into this matter I do have all relevant documentation from Entabeni hospital and emails to and from myself Jerome Chetty to Discovery.
