VERY BAD SERVICE

I joint Discovery due to friend telling me it is a great medical aid. I was told that there will be no waiting period since I was for years on another medical aid. I had to wait three months before I could claim????? Then I asked if my finance will be covered for epilepsy. The rep**** YES for sure. I also changed GP's since they said I must use one on their list. The GP prescribed my fiancé's chronic medication, but when we got to the pharmacy they indicated that that GP is not allowed to write the prescription???????. Then they indicated that the epilepsy medicine is not in Keycare Plus's list???????? I am stunned since not of the promises made when joining has been met and I am stuck with lost of medical bills from the last few months????????
