Very Bad Service

I ordered my medication MX0000ZD75 and it was not delivered, when i queried it i was told it was cancelled with no call from Discovery to explain why and then i was told i should collect it at Dischem and then i was told again it was cancelled as it was not due and could only order on 17 July. This was an order from June and not July and when i asked for a manager i was told i could only speak to an assistant. I pay a lot to be on Classic Comprehensive but right now the service is worse than a gutter rat.
