Veronique P's amazing Service from Discovery Health

Good day,

I'm not sure if I have selected the correct Discovery option, but i would just like to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to an amazing person situated at your New Business Department for Discovery Medical Aid , her name is Veronique (I am not sure of her surname but her email address is ********** i have a new born baby, 1 week old to be specific who urgently needed medical treatment and unfortunately due to the delay with receiving my baby's birth certificate I didn't get the chance to add my new born baby onto our medical aid as soon as I needed too. After receiving dissatisfactory service from other consultants situated at your Client Services Department, I managed to get hold of this amazing lady who went above and beyond to ensure no waiting period was involved and within a few minutes she had my newborn baby added onto my medical aid immediately. I needed my newborn baby added onto my medical aid urgently so I could get her immediate medical attention. Veronique you are an angel and I am truly thankful for your amazing service, thanks to you a little newborn babys life was saved. @ Discovery, I truly hope you will commend Veronique for her exceptional service and special attention to her customer's needs. She is the reason myself and my family are remaining with Discovery.
