I am beyond gatvol of Discovery, my husband was in and out of hospital this year, so it was fight on fight on fight with Discovery, you have a good guy from discovery on your side then things run smooth but for the rest, there was a hospital bill from July which i was fighting about, he had cancer, then 2 months ago the asked me to ask the hospital to change the codes for them to pay the bill, i got handed over for that account and after discover told me it was paid and i asked them to sort it out with the hospital i am still handed over AS THEY ARE STILL NOT PAID or SORTED out, discover you are pathetic and now no answer at all about this, there was even an lady that said she is sorting everything out, you once were trustworthy now you are not

The phone call that you cut and never called back, and as you said it was approved because its not because of the waiting period and then you want to do more investigation about the waiting period and now i am blacklisted because of discovery not sorting this put from July, will make sure everyone knows about this, all the rest of his hospital stays was paid, cancer did not disappear in one visit and the. Came back the next visit thats was 4 days later, oncologist booked him in and still cancer is not the reason? You are just hardegat to pay this that is all and make my life difficult as i lost my breadwinner and now being suede by Mediclinic because of you

Two weeks later and discovery is still investigating a matter from July which i mailed and phoned a 1000 times already with no one of discovery giving a damn about it, wish it was this easy that cancer could just disappear in one visit and 4 days later be back and then he passed away from it
