VATALITY FALSE ADVERTISING & CLAIM NOT PAID

I joined vitality before end of July 31st 2015 as they were having a campaign where if you join before 31 July 2015 you get R750 paid over 5 months in portions of R150 per month. So I joined, please note that I was on keyfit just for the funeral plan. So I have phoned 3 times in the last month where 2 call centre agents told me that I will get my R150 but the last agent said no that I cannot as according to terms and conditions I was on keyfit so could not get the R750, I went and read your terms and conditions I suggest you do to. I want my money that was promised otherwise it is false advertising. Also my son was in hospital on August 5th 2015 and discharged on August 7th 2015, on discharge I got a blood form for Lancet to test his thyroid function which the pead gave me, I went and tested bloods on 21 August 2015 as he had to see pead on follow up on 24 August 2015. Discovery refused to pay it saying it didnt fall under hospital authorisation. I never said it did, but it was still a blood test the pead needed. I want it paid. I am on Keycare I have never had any problems so why now? I want this sorted asap. Disgusting false advertising and not paying a sick childs patholigist.
