Vaccine claim

On the 26 of August I went to the pharmacy around 16h30 at Braudes in Athlone Cape Town to take the vaccine I asked before I took the jab, why our medical aids are charging us, the vaccinator health worker by the name of Felicia Davids said the medical aids are not supposed to charge for it as it is free from the government following week I received statements from the Medical aid saying recent processed claims I wrote an email asking I am being charged? a lady by the name of Deidre called me around 5h45 to 5h50 today, wanting to know what was said at Braudes when I took the vaccine I told her if Felicia Davids told me it was being charged and they will claim from medica aid I would have taken it, I would have went to the day hospital clinic and sit whole day waiting for the jab, my question to Deidre was why must we pay for vaccine that is free from government she said WHO World health organization is the one who claimed for the vaccine they just paid again she is saying nothing is being paid from my benefits, are still the same while I received statements saying recent prossed claims Vaccine R435. 25, why, I am not trying to be difficult or nasty here but my understanding is vaccine is free and World Health Organization is government when they claimed from Discovery why discovery didn't say that NO payment is due to them as the vaccine is free, the government needs to explain why other people pay and others not, this is the same reason why people do not want to take this vaccine yes its our lives and health but still its not far, not so long ago I was forced to take discovery medical aid to the the council of medical aid, the Oumbudsman they were refusing to pay ICU money while I was admitted in hospital, I am so drained by discovery medical aid, physical and mentally and the government is failing us
