Utterly useless and completely misleading

<p>I have been battling with a case of gyncomastea for a few years now and it has gone way past the point of cosmetics as it is causing severe pain and discomfort every day. I have contacted Discovery and asked if they would cover the removal surgery and they rep**** by saying that they would require me to go through numerous tests and scans before they could could continue. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went ahead and got all the necessary tests done and found out that Discovery would not even cover the test procedures and that I now had to pay everything out of my pocket. I am a student so the hit to my bank account was tremendous. They told me to go for more tests which I did and again had to pay for as well as consultations for the removal surgery. </p> <p> </p> <p>This process has been dragged out for more than a year now with almost no communication from their side and me having to phone in constantly to get updates. Now after an entire year and thousands of rands worth of tests done at my expense, they have turned around and said that they will not cover me at all. This is an outrage!! They have wasted my time, money and caused such emotional distress that I will never recommend them to anyone. </p>
