Utterly Slow and Ineffective at removing financial advisers

I called in at the start of July requesting these useless Discovery Financial Advisers be removed of my portfolio. I did it once back in 2021 and they said it was done. They reappeared on my portfolio. The agent that spoke to me in August said i will get confirmation that they have been removed. Its August now and still nothing. I have alot of products and get eveything done myself.

I am seriously looking to leave now as im fed up. The Advisers do nothing and i refuse to have them any longer.
