Useless vitality points system

I did a complete health check assessment and I've been given 0 for weight assessment, glucose, cholesterol and BP yet my rating was good. I wrote an email to Vitality and the consultant is telling me all points have been allocated. I checked on my app the points are still not allocated. I calculated the point THEY AREN'T ALLOCATED. I PAID FOR THE CHECKS, I WANT MY POINTS.
