USELESS THIEVING SERVICE PROVIDERS

We have been with Discovery for a more than 2 years now . When my daughter was born , Discovery refused to add her to the medical aid . She is now 4 months old . My wife explained that we were waiting for 7 weeks for Home Affairs to print the birth certificate , but they just ignored our requests . Now , 4 months later , they dont want to add her , only after the deduct premiums , back to June? So i must pay nearly R5000 for the past months? I think I must call my layer as its the useless goevernment that caused my problems , and they are treating me like ****? I think I will be contacting the CEO . I work in Oxford Avenue , just opposite Discovery's head office.....i bet I wont find someone in there that can help me as they are all useless......call me at *** .
