Useless service

I am very disappointed in discovery and the staff and the whole process.i have send through a consent form 2 months ago then I was assisted.i then called again to get assisted however they couldn't pick up the consent letter. theconsultant then insisted to speak to my mother to get consent to assist me(take note that this woman is on her death bed and can't even talk)eventually he assisted.then today I call in again and again yourl can't find my information.i am dealing with a consultant that just put me on whole without saying anything.and I'm still waiting for assistance.yourl are useless as a business
