Useless Service at Discovery Health

Discovery has told the doctor they have paid me out but when I called them over a week ago they said they do not have my banking details even they they pay out my vitality every month. I then filled in all my banking details on their website and they have still not bothered to pay out the claims the doctor keep calling me, does any one at discovery actually work !
