Useless / Poor feedback / response
Wanting to join Disocvery Health but not able to see the current list of network doctors from their site is frustrating. Then sending email for assistance (which affects my decision on whether I may join Discovery health), they reply with hardly any assistance. Wish they would be more helpful to attract people.
