USELESS MEDICAL EMERGENCY SERVICES VOICE RECORDINGS - NEDCARE NIGHT STAFF COLD AND USELESS

<p> My little brother almost dies, while we waiting for a discovery/ nedcare staff to call us back. From 20:30 on 24.10.2016 - Monday night, i have been trying to phone discovery as my little brother uses it and his nextdoor neighbours took him to Germston public hospital because they did not know he has a medical aid. I started phoning as soon as i heard and for 30 minutes all i got was repeatation on voice promps and then some guy names Simpiwe said he was going to call me back he never did. All this while my brother is busy vomiting, we needed an ambulance as he was so weak, lack of hydration and care as public hospitals. We had to ask people there to drive him to a private hospital at 21:30 as dicovery / nedcare people wasted our time and airtime money. I am very disapointed as the so called service, people will die while listening to voice mail redirections.</p>
