Useless medical aid provider

I just received an email saying my discovery membership has been canceled? What nonsense is this? How can you just cancel someone's membership without any explanation no communication no contact with the client whatsoever?

And to top it off you want to change my gym membership? Who is smoking what over there at discovery?

How do you just randomly pick clients and cancel their membership without contacting them to explain what is going on?
