Useless Medical Aid in South Africa!!

The worst and most unreliable medical aid with hidden costs. They refused to pay for my procedure and I had to paid out of pocket! They are also refusing to pay for my ICU admission. I logged a dispute and they left me hanging, yet I am expected to continue paying everything month. Now they want to hand me over because of an amount that was never disclosed to me when I moved from individual capacity to join under my company, even though there was no break in between and I was still on the same plan! I am left in debt, owing the hospital, now I owe them and they are handing me over, and yet I am still expected to pay them every month??

When I was admitted in ICU they authorized for the admission, and a few days later they retracted the authorization, leaving me in debt!!
