Useless medical aid even on high plans

They don't care about people's lives, I've been requesting for them to approve my chronic medication but they kept on asking me to take blood tests but I did those blood tests twice and they prove everything and instead the disease is taking the upper hand of me, I am paying R4800 monthly for medical aid only for them not to paying for the medication, it's expensive R2500 monthly, for medical aid savings of 10800 annual. I call them several times asking for approval instead they I should repeat those bloods results for the 3rd time. In a period of one month. Is there any difference that gonna happen? Actually I think they want to see me dead. Because no one want to help me instead they keep on telling me I have to pay those bloods out of my pocket. Why? They are the ones requesting for blood result. Even an insurance if they want you to take blood results they pay for them. But discovery is terrible I will cancel my medical aid with them because it's useless.
