Useless medical aid

Impossible to add dependant. I was asked to fill out a thousand forms, provide medical reports which was done to add my father to my medical aid. I’m constantly getting constant requests for new information. Why is it that the information isn’t asked for at one go? I’ve got things to do, please hire professionals to handle your underwriting. The service that I’m getting is beyond pathetic. I’m not asking for anything, I pay for your services, you are not doing me a favour neither will you cover my father for free.
