Useless medical aid!!!

My daughter transitioned to my medical aid in January after switching from her mother's scheme in December. Sadly, she required urgent treatment for rabies after being bitten by a dog during that same month. Despite following all procedures and submitting the necessary documentation, my medical scheme has inexplicably denied payment for her medical expenses. Despite my repeated calls, they have failed to provide a valid explanation for their refusal to cover the costs, leaving me with a significant bill from the treating doctor. They will say they will investigate and get back to me, and then they don't!! I urge others to be cautious about this unreliable medical scheme before they face similar issues. They gladly accept premiums but evade responsibility when it comes time to pay out.
