Useless Medical Aid

I have 4 extremely painful wisdom teeth that I need removed by a specialist. I can't eat or sleep! So Discovery tells me that Key Care Plus won't pay for it I must use cash. Where am I supposed to get R20 000 to pay for this. So I tell them to change me to a medical aid that will pay for this they tell me to wait until the end of the year to change my medical aid.

So I am expected to live with this excruciating pain until the end of the year! Why do we pay medical aids if we can't be assisted and get the medical care we need!

I will be telling the entire company that we won't be using discovery anymore because it is useless!
