USELESS medical aid!

<p>I was involved in a car accident last month and I went my Network hospital Melomed in Mitchels plain and two weeks back i got a bill from the hospital saying that it was not paid by the Medical aid. I contacted the medical aid they told me i didnt use the network provider for my crutches and they only deal with people that is in JHB( so i guess i was supposed to wait for crutches from Jhb how stupid!!!) and also the co-payment. i was told if i use a network hospital the will be no co-payments they charge the agreed rate.</p> <p>I actualy want to terminate my membership with them becuase its USELESS for me!! why must I work for them and the dont work for me!!</p>
