Useless medical aid

Good day

this is really unprofessional and time consuming ,

i have to see myself out while someone is failing to do their job

since the 15th of September waiting for Sinazo and Chronic Department to come back to me with regards to incorrect transaction

i can't take my kids to GP or collect medication for them, as always Discovery being useless and collecting the money but never give a service

i am giving you till the end of business today for proper feedback or else i will go to any extend to make sure that people understand what kind of customer service you give

can i my reference to logged a complaint on ombudsman

this is really ridiculous that i have to sit with sick kids while discovery just decide to make people's lives very difficult while we pay on a monthly basis

if i get a response it will be a miracle , but will never stop till this is sorted and if it takes me to go to social media trust me, my daughter she suffers from Eczema and i can but her medication or take her to a Dr but i pay every month

i have so many references and you will have to hold every time you call for the Agent to go through one thing over and over
