Useless escalation department

Discovery is just a waste of my hard earned money. They don't want to pay out claims. You reach out to their escalations department, but they just as useless. It still take 3 - 5 working days to get a response from them, and then they don't even answer your question or solve your problem. Cant wait for November so that I can change medical aids
