Useless

I sent an authorization email to *** on the 21/10 requesting authorization for a procedure I would like to have done, the procedure was scheduled for today but I still have received authorization from Discovery yet

As explained to the guy that called me, the Dr called me this morning and I had to cancel the procedure because you guys never got back to me and the alleged email that was sent to me never got sent to me, and now need to find out from the doctor the next time the procedure can be done by him.
