Useless, doesn’t care about their clients, never get back their clients

I’m so sick of being treated just like another number on their system. I have been trying to get through to SOMEONE, not a f£&king robot to help me with my app, my medical aid and information for that app they insist on me downloading that doesn’t RECOGNISE ME ON THEIR SYSTEM! I can’t get through to anyone, I email no response I try to call in and speak to anyone!!!!! And nothing happens!! I have just joined this medical aid and it’s the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I NEED HELP! NOW HELP ME ****IT! I have been paying for **** service. Change my mind about being with your medical aid. PLEASE!!
